# What is the Facility Name?

The Facility Name / Known As is to identify your practice should you ask a patient to come in for an in-person consultation

It is only where the Doctor’s name is different from the Practice name i.e. Medicross Potchefstroom, which means there are several healthcare providers found at one practice.
