What happens if I can’t access u360°?

If you receive a message thanking you for your interest in u360°, you will have to log a case on your student portal for access or start a live chat with us.

Possible causes:

Incorrect ID number, To check your ID navigate to your profile section and check your ID, If it's wrong then add a new one and delete the old one.
The cardholder file only gets updated once a month, if you joined during the current month then it's possible you won't be on the cardholder file yet, we suggest that you come back in the new month to try rigister.
