Reminder not working

This may happen if the universal.one app doesn’t have permission to send push notifications(See below to enable push notifications.), or if the reminder is not set up correctly. Please open your reminder and verify that the date, time, and frequency are configured as intended.

How to turn on push notifications for the universal.one app

iOS (iPhone)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and select universal.one from the list of apps.
3. Tap Notifications.
4. Toggle Allow Notifications to ON.
5. Choose your preferred notification style (Lock Screen, Notification Centre, Banners).
6. Ensure Sounds and Badges are enabled if you want them.

Android

(Steps may vary slightly depending on the device brand and Android version.)

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap Apps or Apps & Notifications.
3. Find and select universal.one from the app list.
4. Tap Notifications.
5. Toggle Allow Notifications to ON.
6. Enable specific notification channels if listed (e.g., Reminders, Messages).
