My camera is not working
uConsult can either conduct the call using the device camera or make use of an external web camera of your choice. The device you are using will determine the set-up procedures for your camera.
Do ensure that when you are using your external web camera that you are either successfully connected via Bluetooth or that your web camera jack is correctly entered into the device.
Should the picture not open or appear to be black, try the following:
Ensure your internet is connected.
Ensure your device camera or external Web camera is functioning and is connected
You are dialed into an accepted appointment.
Ensure that your camera button it active.
