# I’m not receiving my one-time PIN (OTP). What should I check?

**Make sure that your mobile number is correct, your phone has network coverage, and SMS messaging is enabled.**
If your OTP is taking too long to arrive, try requesting a new one or wait a few minutes before trying again.

You can also try the **“Resend OTP via Email”** option on the OTP screen.

Please ensure your email inbox is not full and remember to check your **Spam/Junk** folder.

Your mobile number may be on the **Do Not Contact (DNC)** list. To check, submit your number here:
[https://dnc.org.za/](https://dnc.org.za/)

You will receive an SMS confirming your status.
* If your number **is** on the list, please follow the steps provided to remove it.
It may take **up to 24 hours** before you can receive SMS OTPs again.
* If your number **is not** on the list, please select **“Yes”** in the next menu to speak to an agent for further assistance.
