I’m not receiving my one-time PIN (OTP). What should I check?
Make sure that your mobile number is correct, your phone has network coverage, and SMS messaging is enabled.
If your OTP is taking too long to arrive, try requesting a new one or wait a few minutes before trying again.
You can also try the “Resend OTP via Email” option on the OTP screen.
Please ensure your email inbox is not full and remember to check your Spam/Junk folder.
Your mobile number may be on the Do Not Contact (DNC) list. To check, submit your number here:
You will receive an SMS confirming your status.
- If your number is on the list, please follow the steps provided to remove it.
It may take up to 24 hours before you can receive SMS OTPs again.
- If your number is not on the list, please select “Yes” in the next menu to speak to an agent for further assistance.
