# I am not receiving any messages.

uConsult sends out SMS and email communication to a user. Should you find that you are not receiving the expected messages, please check that your registration details are correctly completed. This includes your mobile numbers and e-mail address.

Please also contact your cell service provider to make sure that you are not on a Do Not Disturb list.
