# How to view or submit authurisation for chronic Condition/medication?

You can submit new chronic authorisations by opening the Scheme section of the app, selecting the "***Authorised Medication****"* tile, and then tapping the "***Add a New Condition****"* button.

If you haven't linked your scheme to the app yet, you can open the **Health Store**, select the **Scheme** tile, and follow the steps to link your medical scheme to the app.
