How to view or submit authurisation for chronic Condition/medication?

You can submit new chronic authorisations by opening the Scheme section of the app, selecting the "Authorised Medication" tile, and then tapping the "Add a New Condition" button.

If you haven't linked your scheme to the app yet, you can open the Health Store, select the Scheme tile, and follow the steps to link your medical scheme to the app.
