How to use Medibucks?
If you are a u360 user;
A mediBucks account will be automatically allocated to your profile on u360
To access dial Dial:*120*540#
You will receive an SMS with a One-Time Pin. Dial:*120*540#, and use the One-Time Pin to select your own 4-digit pin to activate your account and Your mediBucks mobile banking.
Make your first EFT deposit (minimum R200) into your account (Your first deposit must be made within 30 days of account activation).
The current EFT structure is subject to "inter bank settlement" with the following rules:
- EFT must be made before 4:45pm on weekdays and before 10:15am on weekends to be processed overnight for settlement the next day (takes up to 12 hours).
- EFT after the times is only processed the day after (takes up to 24 hours)
- RTC (real time clearance) transactions will be processed by AFT on the same day, but still not real-time.
To activate Medibucks, you’ll first need to create a Medibucks wallet.
Dial:*120*540*ID number or Passport# to open a Medibucks wallet
