# How to load a new chronic script?

You can submit a new chronic script by opening the **Scheme** section of the app, selecting the **Authorised Medication** tile, and navigating to the **Expired** tab. Find the medication you need to update, select it, and then tap the **blue pen** icon to upload your new script.

If you haven't linked your scheme to the app yet, you can open the **Health Store**, select the **Scheme** tile, and follow the steps to link your medical scheme to the app.
