How do I sign-up?

Access our website www.u-consult.co.za, click on Sign up and then click on Register as a Patient.

Fill in your name and all the required details, including your email address.

You will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address.

Please check your email inbox and click confirm.

You will be asked to upload a form of identity, either a National ID document or Passport – the reason for this is that it is very important to safe guard you and your Healthcare Provider and ensure that the patient attending the virtual consult is you.

If you belong to a Medical Scheme please upload your medical scheme card in this way if your Healthcare Provider is contracted into your Scheme, they can submit the claim on your behalf.

As part of the authentication process and ensuring your records are safe and protected you will be asked to verify your email address and mobile telephone number.

During the registration process you will be asked to click on a link for your email and enter a one-time pin from your mobile number.

Follow the instruction online when you register.
