How do I make an appointment?
Step 1 – Find Your Healthcare Provider
Step 2 – Select the Service / Appointment Type
Step 3 – Select the Date and Time of the Appointment with the Healthcare Provider
Step 4 – Select the reason for your appointment – this is a message for your Healthcare Provider
Step 5 – Confirm your appointment selection
Step 6 – you can choose to pay either as a medical scheme patient or a cash patient
Step 7 – if you are paying for the consultation –
you will be re-directed to a payment gateway page called “Paygate”
you will be asked to enter your card details
note at the time of the booking your payment is reserved and will only be deducted from your account once the consultation with your Healthcare Provider has taken place.
Your appointment is confirmed
You will receive a reminder of your appointment and when to log into the portal again to see your Healthcare Provider virtually in real time.
