How do I let the Healthcare Provider know that I’m listening
You do not need to look directly into the camera on your computer, tablet, or phone.
Looking at the screen is sufficient for the other person to know that you are engaged in the consultation.
Because webcams provide only a limited view, your Healthcare Provider may not be able to see much beyond your face.
It’s a good idea to tell them if things are happening out of view (e.g. “my wife has just come into the room”), so they know what’s going on.
