How do I find my Healthcare Provider?

Once you have registered, every time you log in you will arrive at your home pag

There is a red search bar – type in your Healthcare Provider’s Name.

You will be provided with a contact card for the Healthcare Provider – click on the card and this will take you through the booking process to make an appointment with your Healthcare Provider.

If you can’t find your Healthcare Provider, you are welcome to invite them to join the portal.

Complete the fields under “Invite Healthcare Provider”

The system will send them the uConsult website link.

You can search for any Healthcare Provider per discipline as indicated on the screen if they are registered on the portal and book an appointment.

The disciplines of healthcare providers are divided in 3 categories for you:

Primary Healthcare – General Practitioners (GP”s)

Specialists – all specialist you will normally consult if directed to do so by the GP, in which case the GP will provide you with a referral letter.

Allied - All professionals like Physiotherapist, Dieticians, Biokinetics , etc.
