# How do I ensure my earphones are working?

You can either conduct the call using the device speaker or make use of the earphones of your choice. The device you are using will determine the set-up procedures for your earphones.

Do ensure that when you are using earphone you are either successfully connected via Bluetooth or that your earphones jack is correctly entered into the device.

Should the sound through your earphones be soft or you cannot hear anything, check that the connectivity is up or adjust the volume button on your device.
