Confirming a Booking received from your Healthcare Provider

Your Healthcare Provider can also invite you to a virtual consultation. If you receive the invite, follow the steps below:

Step 1 – you will receive an email notification or SMS text from your Healthcare Provider asking you to register on uConsult™ (if you are not already registered) and to confirm your booking

Step 2 – click on the link and follow the registration steps – if you are already registered go straight to login.

Step 3 – click on your appointments and look under the pending option

Step 4 – Confirm your appointment with your Healthcare Provider
