# Can I cancel my appointment, will the reserved amounts be refunded?

Appointments can only be cancelled up to 2 hours before the appointment. 

If you cancel an appointment after a payment was reserved, and within the cancellation period the uConsult system will automatically send a transaction to your credit card to refund you accordingly.
